For the implementation of deodorization processes in both indoor and outdoor areas, ENVI-CHEM utilizes a high-pressure spraying system, composed of modern and reliable mechanical and electronic components. A typical high-pressure spraying system consists of:
• A supply tank for the odor control agent,
• A high-pressure pump feeding the nozzles that spray the deodorant,
• A high-pressure rubber or metal hose, to which the nozzles are connected,
• Ultra-fine mist nozzles with adjustable flow rates, depending on the specific application needs.
The installation of the system is carried out by ENVI-CHEM’s specialized staff, with a focus on ergonomic setup, integration with existing equipment, and compatibility with other ongoing processes in the application area.
The equipment used for the operation of the deodorization unit, utilizing dry vapor technology, includes:
•Internal atomizing nozzles for the deodorant, using compressed air
•An electric pump for supplying the deodorizing solution
•A compressed air system
•A fan for dispersing the dry vapor into the space
All equipment components—except for the nozzles and their piping—are placed within a metal cabinet, which contains the entire system as well as the tank holding the deodorant used to neutralize the odorous substances.
