Demulsifiers are chemical products that cause the separation of emulsified substances. They are organic liquid formulations of surfactants and dispersants for separating, for example, oil or petroleum from water.
Feed directly from the barrel or IBC, the appropriate dose of the product, into a tank containing the oil or oil-water solution. The waste is then recirculated with the aid of a pump, at the inlet of which the demulsifier is fed. The mixing time varies depending on the size of the tank and the speed of the motor. The emulsion is left to settle and the separation of the water is checked. Depending on the configuration of the tank, either the water is removed through a drain at the bottom or the clean oil/petroleum is sucked from the top of the tank.
It is a broad-spectrum antibacterial and microbicidal agent for use in fuels such as DIESEL and BIO-DIESEL. The product is effective against bacteria, fungi, and algae, protecting fuels during all storage (tanks, gas stations) and distribution (pipelines, pipes, pumps, transport) processes. Its action is based on the combination of different biocides with substances that ensure its proper dispersion in both the aqueous (water) and organic (hydrocarbon) phases of the fuel. BIOTREAT can be used to neutralize microorganisms that have already developed, breaking down and destroying the gel that has formed, and to prevent their appearance and multiplication.

ECR PLUS is a concentrated water-soluble cleaner specially designed for daily cleaning of surfaces with water-soluble inks and greasy substances (oils, greases, etc.). It is widely used for manual cleaning and/or high-pressure cleaning of printing machines and their equipment used in the paper and cardboard box manufacturing industry.
The product is diluted according to the amount of ink and/or fatty substances to be cleaned.
The product solution is applied with a cloth and/or high-pressure equipment. After application, wait a few minutes and then rinse with clean water, preferably under high pressure.
